New Accounts
To use our tracking and scheduling system, you need to have an account registered with our web-enabled software. We have created an easy to understand portal guide, available here
- Fill out and submit our Credit Application to sales@energytransportlogistics.com
- You will receive confirmation once your account has been reviewed and created.
- Once created, you can use your shipper number to register in our online system here – https://portal.energytransportlogistics.com/alphaPortal/Tools/logon
If you do not have an account with Energy, you can trace your freight without logging in. Simply click on the search arrow in the quick search tool directly beneath the log in portal, choose your criteria – HAWB, MAWB, REF#, etc., and select SUBMIT. If you do not find it, then it likely has not arrived in our system yet. In that case, you may check with the destination CFS station, using a copy of our terminal directory.

Credit Application
Credit terms: The invoice date begins the credit term cycle, and payment is due within thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Failure to keep your Energy Transport Logistics account current will result in your account being put on a “cash only” status. This status may impair your ability to use our service, and your shipments may be delayed. In the event prompt payment is not made and your account is placed on a “cash only” basis, credit privileges will not be restored until you have paid all past-due balances of transportation and any related charges in full, including, but not limited to, all costs, fees and expenses incurred by Energy Transport Logistics in collecting or attempting to collect such balances. Energy Transport Logistics may decline to restore credit privileges even if all costs, fees and expenses are paid. In the event that suit is filed to collect unpaid charges, you agree to be liable for all reasonable costs which include, but are not limited to, attorneys fees of up to 25% of total amount due or $200.00, whichever is greater, interest at the rate of one and one-half percent (1½%) per month and court costs.
